cancellation blocked by PayPal dispute
I closed a dispute on PayPal in agreement that the seller won’t ship the item and will refund me, I’m going to cancel the order but it won’t let me because the dispute still shows up on PayPal, 24 hours have passed, could it be that the server hasn’t updated? on PayPal it shows as closed, or is it the seller who has to update the status on eBay? how do I cancel the order?
