Hello. Yesterday I won an auction for a bicycle. I paid, but the seller cancelled the sale and the payment, issuing a refund of the amount paid and citing the reason "problems with the shipping address". In fact, however, there was no problem and the terms of the sale were extremely clear, including regarding delivery and/or shipping, with the postal code indicated to which the item had to be delivered. Now the seller has put the bike up for sale again. We exchanged messages, without reaching an agreement, and I even offered to add something to the shipping costs. I would like to know how I can make the seller honor the agreement, already concluded with the payment. Thank you.
