CANCELLATION OF DOUBLE ORDER

I hope I don't sound too stupid to you. I wanted to buy a product, so I tried making a few purchase offers, but they were all automatically rejected except the last one, which would have saved me 1 euro. So, since 1 euro more or less wouldn't make any difference to me, I decide to buy the bundle directly at full price, because it was the last one and I didn't want it to get snatched up.
The seller ships me the package and, for some reason I can't understand, decides to accept my old offer for 1 euro off. Apparently it wasn't the last product left... I contact the seller and he doesn't जवाब. Then I try to cancel, but he refuses and says it was too late to cancel. What do I do? This feels like a joke to me
