Order cancellation
Hello, the buyer has requested to cancel the order. Since I didn’t see the notifications and 3 days have passed, their request expired. How can I cancel the order now (after the deadline)?

Mentore3 years agoYou can cancel the order whenever you want:

OP3 years agoThe same message keeps repeating, namely that it’s not possible to cancel because more than 3 days have passed.
By now I don’t know what to do... If I go ahead with issuing the refund, will ebay take the money from my account or simply never let the money paid by the buyer reach me and return it to them?
Thanks again for the valuable guidance

Mentore3 years agoIf you're talking about 3 days, it's not a cancellation but a dispute (probably because you haven't shipped the item). The dispute can only be opened after the delivery time has expired.
If this is the case: your time is up and the buyer can ask eBay to step in. If eBay accepts their request, it will issue the refund by taking the money from the bank account linked to your eBay account. Then in about fifteen days it will credit you part of the payment, but it will not refund the fees (precisely because you forced eBay to intervene on your behalf).
