Order cancellation
Hello,
I made a purchase and shortly after I was contacted by the seller about details of the item that weren’t clear to me, and they seemed like a scam.. so I replied that under those conditions I wasn’t interested, and he told me to go ahead and cancel the order.. I went ahead and asked for the cancellation and the seller refused it, how should I proceed? He says that tomorrow morning he’ll contact an eBay operator to find out how to do it.. has this ever happened to anyone?

buyers cannot cancel orders, they can simply make a formal request, which may be rejected.
The seller could have accepted the request without any problem.
You will simply have to wait until the end of the presumed delivery date to open a report:
