Order cancellation
I made an installment purchase on June 12 with the payment of the first installment and then I cancelled the order on June 15, but I haven’t received any refund. I contacted the seller and they told me they did everything and now it’s e-bay’s turn to handle everything. It seems strange to me because during the same period I cancelled another order and the refund was made to me in 3 days. I don’t know how to proceed. Have any of you had any experience? Thanks in advance.

Mentore1 month agoYou can't cancel orders yourself, you can only ask sellers to do it.
If the seller has accepted your request, the refund is automatically issued within the following two business days.
The refund follows the same path as the payment, in reverse. So eBay refunds whoever financed your installment payment (PayPal or Klarna), and they will then have to reimburse your first installment. So I would contact the one who owes you the installment back.
