Order Cancellation
HELLO, I PLACED AN ORDER FOR A USED REPLACEMENT PART, THE COST WAS 170 + 24 EUROS FOR SHIPPING.
YESTERDAY I RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM THE SELLER SAYING THAT THE ITEM IN QUESTION HAS TO BE SHIPPED ON A PALLET AND I HAVE TO PAY 120 EUROS FOR SHIPPING WITH DHL
NOW MY QUESTION IS: IF I HAVE ALREADY PAID 24 EUROS FOR SHIPPING, SHOULDN'T I ONLY HAVE TO PAY 96 EUROS

Mentore1 year agoArranging payment outside of eBay can be risky; it’s just a private agreement between you, and if there are problems, eBay’s guarantee would be limited only to the amount originally set.
So I’d suggest you contact the seller and tell them to cancel the order and refund you. That way they can update the shipping costs.
If you’re still interested in the item, under the new sales conditions, you can buy it again.
