Order cancellation
Hello, I’m contacting you to find out how to do this. A user, after winning the auction, asks me to cancel the order. By mistake I tap refuse cancellation, and it remains pending payment. How do I remove it?

Mentore1 year agoYou can’t. You declined the request to cancel the order that was made to you by the buyer.
Wait 4 days and, if you don’t get paid, cancel the sale for unpaid item.
