Order cancellation by a buyer
Hello, a user is asking me to cancel their purchase with the reason found at a lower price.
But according to the rules, is a reason like that normal....?
I should mention that the item was supposed to be shipped by today, but I’ll only be able to ship it tomorrow.
Last question: are all costs at their expense?

Mentore3 months agoHe asked you to cancel the order, you can decide whether to accept his request or not.
If you decide to ship, he has already paid you.
If you decide not to ship, you can't charge him any expenses.
My advice would be to give him what he wants; keep in mind that he might decide to get back at you with a report of "non-compliance" of the item received.
The decision is still yours alone.
