Order cancellation and order not shipped

Hello everyone, I have a big problem with an order.

Basically I win the auction and pay immediately, after 5 days it still hasn’t been shipped, since I needed it for a gift I got fed up and asked to cancel the order, the seller has 0 feedback and tells me he can’t cancel it, now how should I handle this? Will eBay cancel the order automatically and refund me? Sorry, but I’m dying of anxiety

no, when the delivery terms expire, within 30 days you will have to open a request yourself:

Great, so as soon as the 3 days from the cancellation request expire and the delivery date was supposed to be, for example, February 3, from February 3 onward I open a dispute for item not received, is that correct?

No, you can open a request from February 4th...
