Order cancellation and payment refund

Good evening, I placed an order on May 26, and as of today, June 10, nothing has arrived yet, already paid in advance .

At this point I would like to cancel and receive a refund.

I contacted the seller but he did not reply.

What is the procedure to request cancellation of the order and a refund of the amount paid?

The payment date does not matter, but the expected delivery date that was shown in the listing.

There isn’t one. On eBay only sellers can cancel orders.
