Cancellation of an order already shipped
Ordered and paid for two graded cards. Received a shipping notification right away. The seller didn't ship the package and doesn't have the label. Neither I nor the seller can cancel the order and he can't even issue me a refund.
What can I do?

If the expected delivery date has already passed, open a report:
