Order cancellation but money not credited

Hello, I wanted to know (I’m a seller) how I can accept a cancellation request for an order if I haven’t received the money. Let me explain better: since I’m still a fairly new seller, eBay doesn’t credit me the money from sales right away and I have to wait about ten days before it becomes available. Now, if I accept the order cancellation and refund the buyer, can I be sure that the payment for my listing will then be credited to me?
Besides, I don’t understand why I should, in my case, front the cancellation money?

Mentore7 months agoYou can absolutely refund the buyer, always through eBay of course (that is, by linking a card to your account), you're a new/occasional seller so eBay holds your money for 15/20 days, as per the rules.
