Order cancellation rejected with false information
Good morning,
I placed an order on Sunday, December 17 at 9:40 and requested cancellation at 10:08. It is shameful to receive the cancellation refusal at 17:48 because the seller had already shipped the order on December 16. At this point, not only the seller but eBay is no longer reliable either. I will no longer use this platform. Regards.

Mentore2 years agoGood morning,
with all due respect, if YOU make a mistake placing an order, what fault is it of both the seller and eBay... if YOU make a mistake?
Why not take responsibility for your own actions?
eBay rules clearly state that the seller can refuse your request.
So it’s your behavior that is shameful... you want others to pay for YOUR MISTAKES!
Anyway, black list guaranteed!
And also do everyone a favor:

Have a nice day.

OP2 years agoBut if it is allowed to answer that the item was shipped the day before the order, then requesting a cancellation of an order, even after just 28 minutes, is usually unacceptable, sorry if I’m not getting it. Wouldn’t it be more correct to write that the order is non-cancellable? At this point I’ll ask a shameful user question: is a return with refund allowed, or is there already a ready-made and incontestable answer to this right too?

Mentore2 years agoShipping it the day BEFORE the purchase is something you know full well isn’t possible... nobody has a “working” crystal ball!
eBay rules clearly state that orders CANNOT be canceled by the buyer, but you can make an explicit request to the seller, who may refuse.
If the seller ships and accepts returns, you can send it back, but otherwise you’ll have to keep it, because it’s YOUR mistake and therefore a change of mind.
Kind regards.
