Partial cancellation of an order
Summary: The post by fdis8028 concerns the partial cancellation of an order; however, no details were provided in the content. marioelegio replied, but this contribution is also lacking in informative content.
Good morning everyone, a buyer placed an order with two items of different sizes, paying a single shipping fee for the two items. I tried to ship them, but the Post Office clerk told me that the package dimensions were not compatible with the paid service, asking me for a fee equal to double what the customer had paid. Since these were two items with a selling value of just a few euros, shipping it at my expense would have wiped out my earnings, so I asked the customer what they preferred to do (order cancellation, refund of one of the two items, or additional payment for the full shipping) . They never replied to me, so this morning I fully refunded the extra size item and shipped only the other item. The eBay system however, despite the refund, keeps asking me to ship the extra size item as well. What should I do?

ciao
