Discussion interactions are currently paused.

At the time of payment the item was not complete, missing its cord and plug, and I asked to cancel the transaction amicably. The seller agreed. Now I have a warning from eBay as an unpaid item. I have always been honest with payments, but this item was not complete and I canceled the transaction. I want this mark of unreliable person to be removed, thank you

You can’t have canceled an order; you can only have asked Verdi to do it.

If the seller didn’t accept your request to cancel the order, how is ebay supposed to know that there’s a verbal agreement between you?

Anyway, ebay’s message is just a reminder that there would be something to pay. You’re reported as an unreliable buyer only at the seller’s request.

The seller accepted the cancellation of the transaction amicably, but didn’t do the procedure on eBay,,, anyway thanks and I’ll be more careful about making hasty decisions without first checking whether the item has all the requirements,, thanks to eBay,, you’re the only ones,,
