Cancellation of return procedure for correction
I received a clearly counterfeit item and I accidentally started a return for change of mind (so at my expense). How can I cancel it and proceed with a return at the seller's expense?

Mentore2 years agoI don't think it's possible. If it was blatantly counterfeit, you should have selected that the item wasn't as described or didn't match the photos.
It's also pointless to close it and open one for non-conformity on PayPal, since there the return shipping costs are always paid by the buyer.
