canceling offers
Good morning, I'm new to ebay and I made two bids for items that I no longer want. I hadn't seen that one was only a Big Jim outfit and not the whole doll, babbledoot with outfit included... the second because it would be a duplicate. I tried to cancel through the site but since more than 12 hours have passed it's not possible. They tell me to contact the sellers, which I did... but I haven't had any feedback... the deadline is approaching and I don't know how to handle it. I'd leave the sellers free to look elsewhere for buyers... but how can I do that?

Mentore3 years agoYou can't do anything else. Ebay is not a game.
Sellers can accept or not accept your request. If you still show up as the bidder, it means they didn't agree to it.
If you win the items, you'll have to pay for them. If you don't pay, you'll be warned. The first warning has no effect, but from the second onward increasingly stricter limitations on operating on ebay will begin.
So you risk ending your adventure on ebay before you've even gotten started.
