Hello everyone
For the first time, it’ll be a stressful period, etc... I left neutral feedback for a seller, basically accepting that the item was missing without taking a little time to contact him and ask for an explanation.
The seller called me and I was very upset because there are few sellers who are sorry to make mistakes and want to do everything possible to fix them, so I’d like to change my feedback to positive or at least delete it because he doesn’t deserve it and I think it can happen to anyone to be too hasty in drawing conclusions.

PS. I tried contacting eBay customer service but I couldn’t find the topic in question

Mentore2 years agoThe seller must send you a feedback revision request form, if they have any available.
