Hello
I left neutral feedback because I didn’t receive the item because of Italian Post. I didn’t realize I had created problems for the seller who, in any case, had shipped it properly.
He sent me the feedback revision form but I can only change it to positive, while I, even though I recognize the seller’s complete innocence, wouldn’t want to leave positive feedback for an item I didn’t even see.
I’d like to find a way to completely cancel the feedback and not leave it in any form. That way the seller wouldn’t have neutral feedback.
If someone can give me a “tip,” it would do me a favor.

you should have thought about it before adding the neutral one... so now you only have two choices... either leave it neutral or convert it to positive.
