Cancel order
Good morning, I hope this is the last time I’m writing to you and that this issue will be resolved. I placed, as soon as possible, an order for a Foppapedretti foldaway ironing board cabinet and paid for it by card on December 4 for €157.00. It seems strange to me that you can’t find this order, since the payment appears on my bank statement and I can also see the order placed. If I can see it, then you should be able to see it too. And so, since it needs to be canceled, I don’t know what other language to use to tell you. I hope to get this problem resolved, also because if the package were to arrive, it would cost more than €300.00 to return it. That’s what the carrier told me, and I do not intend to pay anything. you wrote on the public forum... you noticed that, right?
For your problem there is no solution, since if you made the purchase yourself, you made the mistake yourself, the seller can refuse to cancel it for you, so if they don't accept returns, you'll have to keep it too.
Too often people want to offload their own responsibilities onto the seller... like one of the feedbacks you left, even though there were clear photos of the item's defects in the listing, strangely you only noticed afterward... oh well...

OP2 years agoGood morning, this problem seems to have been resolved. I’ll keep the item and you offered me a refund of € 15.00. The problem is the order that you don’t seem to have found, namely another Foppapedretti ironing cabinet that I paid for by card, €157,00. Regarding this, the seller told me to contact the community for the cancellation and related refund. I’m waiting for your reply. Have a good day

Mentore2 years agoSorry, but I don’t get it. If you accepted the partial refund and decided to keep the item you bought, what do you need the cancellation and refund request for?
Or did you make a mistake and mean something else? What would you like to cancel? The feedback? The return request? ….. be more specific.
