Cancel order

I wanted to cancel the order for a smartphone, but the seller tells me that it isn’t possible, even though the package still hasn’t been shipped. If then he doesn’t want to cancel it and when it arrives I don’t pick it up, will the package be returned to the sender, who will then have to issue a refund?

If you don’t collect the package, you’re not entitled to a refund. You can only ask for a second shipment, again at your own expense.

Since the seller didn’t want to cancel your order, there’s no point hoping for a friendly agreement for at least a partial refund.
