Cancel order
Good morning, I would like to cancel an order as a seller. A buyer purchased my item but 40 days have passed and they still haven't paid. I tried to cancel the order but eBay says it's not possible (I don't understand why). What can I do?

Mentore1 year ago40 days is too long to cancel an order for non-payment, that's why eBay doesn't allow you to do it.

OP1 year agoSo can I consider the order already canceled? Can I put it back on sale?

Mentore1 year agoIt’s not canceled, for eBay it’s sold, you’ll still have to pay the percentage owed to eBay.
