Cancel in-person pickup
Good morning. I sold an item (with in-person pickup) and the person who bought it is asking me to cancel it because they thought I could ship it.
They also tell me that they paid the shipping costs (there was no shipping planned, only pickup).
What can I do?
Also, if I cancel the order, do I lose money?

But most likely, since you are a new seller, you will have to advance the refund with your own money by adding a credit card... then when your funds become available, ebay will pay them into the IBAN you provided.
