Cancel an Order Cancellation

Hello everyone. I mistakenly canceled a paid order (purchase offer) because I thought it was wrong. After reading the product’s technical sheet more carefully on various platforms, I learned that the item was correct. After 10 minutes, I immediately wrote to the seller to inform them of the mistaken cancellation of the order.
The seller has three days to respond, but 24 hours have passed and I still haven’t received a reply.
If I don’t receive any response within these three days, does Ebay automatically cancel the order and I get refunded, or is the sale handled only by the seller?

the sale is handled exclusively by the seller.
Since you can't cancel any order but only send a request, if the seller doesn't reply, it means they are not cancelling the order and everything proceeds normally.
