Cancel an order
I have a problem: I placed an order on April 25, but as of today it still hasn't been shipped, the seller isn't responding to messages, I would like to cancel the order and receive a refund, I tried contacting eBay support but for some days now it keeps saying that it is unavailable

as a buyer you cannot cancel the order.
If the estimated delivery date has already passed, you can only open a report:
