Cancel an order
I made a purchase by mistake, I tried to cancel the order but it wasn't possible, so I contacted the seller and asked them to cancel it, the answer was affirmative but I still haven't heard back, what can I do? Thanks, have a good day

Mentore2 years agoYou can't do anything else.
If you haven't paid, depending on what the seller decided, you'll see the cancellation on your order summary or a report for unpaid item.
If you have paid and the seller has accepted your cancellation request, you should receive a confirmation email from eBay and a refund issuance email.
