Cancel an order marked as shipped but actually not shipped
Hello everyone,
as per the title, I would need to cancel an order that the seller immediately marked as shipped, but that in fact has not yet been shipped because they do not yet have the goods. I know the seller cannot cancel the order, but they could still issue a refund. Any suggestions on how I should proceed?
