cancel an order for non-payment
I canceled an order for non-payment after 5 days by the buyer, and I can't relist the item because it says I'm exceeding the monthly limits. I never received any money and I wasn't refunded the listing fees. I don't know what to do, I can't even contact Ebay HEEELP

Mentore3 years agoAs a new private seller, you can’t sell whatever you want; the platform uses a protection system called “selling limits.”
To be able to sell again, you have to wait for the new month, or sell an item that falls within the imposed limit.
Once you have more experience, eBay will probably increase those limits for you.
