cancel an already accepted return request urgent
I ordered a phone from a guest user and once it arrived there were some problems, which led me to request a return. The seller accepted it, but after accepting it we reached an agreement, so now I should cancel a return request that has already been accepted. How do you do it? Is it possible? The seller told me yes. I've been trying to contact eBay for days but no one responds... it's urgent because otherwise I would have 10 days to send the package back to him

Mentore3 years agoI don't know if it's possible to do that, after the return has been authorized.
Try contacting eBay customer service, selecting check the status of your request and then continue.
