cancel a sale for a lost package and I have already refunded the buyer
Hello, I sold an item and after several weeks Poste confirms that the package has been lost. I have already refunded the buyer, but the transaction has not disappeared. He still has the option to leave me feedback. Meanwhile, I would like to completely cancel the transaction. How can I do that? thanks

how did you refund the buyer?
If you didn't cancel the transaction correctly, with a simultaneous refund, you risk refunding twice...
