If I cancel an order, how long does it take to get my money back?
Hello, I placed an order but right after, not even a minute later, I canceled it. The seller canceled the order and also sent me a message, but on the purchase screen it shows the cancellation, while if I go into the cancellation details in red it says that it was not possible to cancel the order because it had already been shipped. How is that possible, not even a minute between the transaction and the cancellation? Now my question is, if the refund has been accepted, after how long will I be refunded? Thanks

the cancellation must not only be accepted, but the refund must also be issued, but if you haven’t received a clear email from ebay saying the refund has been issued, it means it has not been done yet.
If instead you have received the email, ebay takes 2 days to process it, then it depends on your payment method, but in any case within 30 days.
Contact the seller or support for clarification.
