Cancel sale without IBAN
Hello, I would like to cancel a sale, which is marked as payment received but not actually cashed in because I didn't enter an IBAN. I don't trust entering it and they won't let me cancel the sale. What should I do?

Mentore3 years agoIf you don’t enter an IBAN, how do you think you can sell on ebay?
You’ve now been paid and your funds are on hold. You’ll still have to refund the buyer out of your own pocket (by adding a credit card), and if you still don’t enter an IBAN, ebay will never credit your money to you.

Mentore3 years agoQuestion... that comes naturally: if you don't trust them, why did you sell anyway?
Now you have several options... if you don't update your account, ebay will never be able to transfer your proceeds to you, so they're lost.
If you issue a refund, you'll have to pay it out of your own pocket for the full amount, shipping included... you might as well ship the item and only lose the shipping costs.
