Cancel purchase
Sorry, can you tell me how to cancel a purchase that the buyer asked me to cancel? I went through the cancellation process, but the buyer says it still shows as "Sold." In fact, after canceling it, I tried to relist it but it won't let me, saying it's sold. Thanks
