Cancellation for non-payment within the deadline ebay does not remove the buyer's feedback.
Even though I requested eBay after just a few hours to cancel the negative feedback left for the buyer about 2 months ago, there has been no response or cancellation from you, even though the terms allowed it. What should I do?
How come I can reply to buyers with only positive feedback.?

Mentore2 years agoAlso, if you canceled the purchase after 4 days, so really as per the terms for payment not received, the feedback would have been removed automatically or even prevented from being left in the first place.
So, somewhere along the way, you made a mistake.

Mentore2 years agoThe maximum time set by eBay for payment by the buyer is 96 hours, not 48.
