Good day,

I have a doubt:

I bought an electronic item,

after a few days, clicking on the item's caption on my purchases page opens a completely different listing from a completely different seller, but for a pretty much identical item (the photos and description are brief and different). Is that normal? Can that happen?,

What you described can't happen, you probably bought the wrong item.

no, because both in the email and in my purchases that listing appears, but when I click on it, it opens another ad
