Announcement removed for policy violation

Ebay removed one of my listings for policy violation (sale of counterfeit items prohibited). My item is absolutely original and other identical items are sold on eBay. By what criteria does all this happen and how can I assert my rights?

Almost certainly someone reported you. Ebay doesn't take risks and prefers to delete the listing. You can try contacting ebay customer support, but they'll tell you that for privacy rules they can't tell you anything.
