Order cancellation
Good morning. I bought a fridge and I canceled the order because of an incorrect address. I made a request to cancel it, the seller accepted, but eBay canceled this process. The money was taken from my account and not returned anymore, and I don't want the fridge anymore because I ordered another one with the correct address. What should be done in this case?

but do you read the replies to the other conversations opened for the same reason?
You can’t have canceled anything... you may have made a cancellation request, which can be refused by the seller.
So if the fridge was shipped and returned to the sender, in theory you are not entitled to any refund, because the address error is yours.
In any case, contact the seller... the forum CANNOT help you.
