Opened a dispute for item not received
Hello everyone,
I bought an item, new, which then arrived late. In the meantime I opened a dispute for item not received. Unfortunately the postman, not finding me, had left it with a neighbor, who after 2 days delivered the package to me.
I opened it and realized that the item does not work. What do I have to do now, given that the dispute for item not received is still open? Can I close it? And then how do I proceed? Can I open another request for this item later, since I read on eBay that "Once the request is closed, you will not be able to open a dispute for this item later". Thanks for the help

Mentore2 years agoContact support and ask if you can convert the open request.
