Good morning,I bought a collectible coin, based on the listing photos, described as "magnificent," in top condition.The coin I received was absolutely not in such condition; it had been heavily cleaned, and I noticed that the listing photos had been manipulated to hide these defects.I asked the seller for a return, but he did not accept it: I appealed to PayPal and, SURPRISINGLY (despite the photos and the evidence sent), they rejected my claim. To top it all off, they removed the negative feedback left for the seller. Of course I am also willing to pursue legal action, but I cannot accept sic et simpliciter this unfortunate decision. I thank everyone who has suffered a similar injustice and can advise me on the best way to protect my rights as a buyer.
