Appeal for eBay account service disruption

Guys, I need to sort out this limit on my eBay account .

I haven’t received any message from eBay, but tonight I tried to buy an item and when it came time to pay, eBay showed me an account block .

Recently, in the last 2 months, I’ve bought only one item . A seller a few weeks ago cancelled the order 5 minutes after the expected bidding deadline . Last weekend I took part in an auction and won the item, I asked the seller to wait a few days to complete the payment arrangement but he cancelled the order without replying.

I’m embarrassed and without any communication from eBay I have no way to resolve the suspension on purchases .

Any ideas?

After 4 days of waiting for payment, the seller can cancel the order by flagging you as a non-paying user. Something probably happened earlier and now (after the second warning) they’ve blocked you.

- I should point out, new user! First access to eBay maybe before December, I'm not 100% sure, but roughly that's the timeframe.

I've never sold anything, I don't have any other accounts for selling or buying items, neither from private sellers nor from stores.

Maybe a message with the details?

Is there an address for user support?
