Good morning, I would kindly like to ask you how I should go about reporting an item that arrived defective? I should point out that initially a dispute had been opened because the item arrived late, which I reported, but the seller rightfully then verified that the item had in fact arrived even though late, so the dispute was closed by eBay, but I repeat now the problem is that the item arrived defective and it won’t let me make this report, what should I do? Thanks to anyone who will give me a hand in understanding how to move forward and resolve this problem
