Application of the GPSR in the EU and Northern Ireland
Summary: There is no content available to summarize in the discussion about the application of the GPSR in the EU and Northern Ireland, since the messages are empty.
Good morning,
we have received communication that some products within the scope of the GPSR in the EU and Northern Ireland must necessarily include specific information such as the product manufacturer's name and contact information and safety warnings, labels, and manuals with safety information.
Which products fall under this regulation? I sell used computers and accessories.
Thanks,
have a good day

Mentore1 year agoFor PCs there are no particular problems, you’ll find on the back the label with everything you need to declare.....
For used accessories, the CE marking would be enough.
..... products that, at the time they were placed on the market, complied with Directive 2001/95/EC on general product safety (GPSD), can continue to be sold without having to meet the new GPSR requirements....
