The part I requested arrives (window regulator motor), I install it but it doesn’t fix my fault, thinking the problem is elsewhere I open the return procedure indicating as the reason a change of mind, aware that I have to pay the shipping costs... in the following days, having not yet sent the part back, I go to my auto electrician who works on my car and verifies with the part I bought and that I was waiting to return that the latter does not work. At this point I’m wondering how I should proceed to return the part but not at my expense, clearly, considering that the window regulator motor that was supplied to me does not work? I can’t change the return reason but the fact remains that the part doesn’t work.... thank you very much
