The buyer tells me they can’t buy from Germany
good morning a buyer contacted me about the purchase of an ultrasound probe for sale in Italy and sent me this message
Good morning, I would like to buy this probe.
I tried to make an offer, but I couldn't because I am in Germany.
Please change the settings so that I can make an offer.
Kind regards how can I solve the problem in my listing?
