Purchase completed, item not shipped
Happy New Year everyone!
On January 1, 2024, I bought a pair of speakers from a private seller in Germany. As of today, January 4, I haven't received any shipping message.
I'm not very experienced with this, do you think I should be worried?

before worrying, have you carefully read the seller’s packaging and dispatch times?
Also read the estimated delivery date... if it passes without having any information on the item, then you can worry and open a report:

OP2 years agoThanks for the reply. The delivery date is expected between Fri. 5 Jan. - Thu. 11 Jan. So it’s still (very) early. But until now I had always received a “shipment completed” email at most after 2 days. Now I’m seeing complete silence. And that’s what worries me a bit. The seller has 100% feedback but most of it is buyer reviews.

Mentore2 years agoNot all sellers are the same and not all of them have the same timelines.
So if nothing arrives, open a report on January 12.
