Hello, I have a problem: I forgot to cancel an auction and unfortunately someone bought the item, which I don't have, and the customer has already paid. I was trying to cancel everything, but my payment card is being blocked. Because I have a 3 multi-bank account (in Euros, Dollars, and Zloty) linked to a payment card. And I receive a message saying that I have to use the card in the payment currency - Euro
Can you cancel the money transfer to my account and cancel the auction?

To refund your buyer you need to use a valid card or available funds (not on hold) in your account.
