Missing items return closed
Hi everyone, I bought a mirror for a vintage car, unfortunately it was missing an important component... I arranged for a return, and the seller was totally rude, promising he would send it to me.... obviously I received nothing... what can I do now? Thanks

Mentore3 years agoDid you send the return with a trackable shipment?
If the eBay return is closed (you closed it or the time limit has expired), you can open a return procedure on the payment method you used (a dispute on the PayPal site or a chargeback through your credit card issuer). You can use the shipping code from the shipment you already sent.

received the missing piece anymore

Mentore3 years agoYou made a serious procedural mistake, you shouldn't have closed the return until you received the missing item. If the missing item hadn't arrived within 21 days, you could have asked ebay to intervene and obtained the return (at the seller's expense) and a full refund.
Now on ebay you can't do anything anymore, but you can still proceed with the request for return and refund, for item not as described, through the payment method.
