Purchased item and tracking not working

Hello everyone, I bought an item on March 11 and as of today, March 27, on eBay tracking and also the carrier's there is no transit information, only the booking. According to eBay's estimates, the item should arrive tomorrow, March 28. My question is: if the item doesn't arrive tomorrow, can I report the non-delivery to eBay and will there be an automatic refund of the seller's "held funds" for the amount I spent, or is there anything else I need to do? Thanks

No, you’ll have to wait for eBay’s processing time to give the seller a chance to provide info and then, if you don’t get a response, you’ll have to ask eBay for help and if eBay sides with you, it will process the refund within 2 business days and then it will depend on the payment method you used, which can take from a few days up to a maximum of 30 days.
