Article arrived after opening and closing a dispute
Does anyone know a number I can call to speak directly with eBay? I placed an order, then when I didn’t see any shipment start after paying for the item I decided to have eBay step in, and after a while they opened and closed the dispute, refunding me the full amount. A few days later the item shipment was sent and it arrived at its destination, but by that point I no longer needed it because I had gotten the item I needed from another seller. Now the previous seller is contacting me and, understandably, would like to be paid again, and I’m responding that the item is intact as they sent it to me, in this case because of their mistake, and if they want they can come pick it up. What should I do?

You can add that you would also be willing to ship it to him if he sends you a prepaid shipping label, and that if you don’t hear back from him within 15 days, you will be forced to dispose of his item.
